ADVERTISING CONTRACT
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Publisher shall hereinafter mean April Sound Property Owners' Association and
Advertiser shall mean individual or business authorizing listing and/or display advertising in Newsletter.
2. Publisher reserves the right to reject any advertisement or listing at any time for any reason. Publisher will not, under any circumstances, include advertisements or listings for any product or services that are illegal.
3. If an error or omission of the advertisement occurs because of the negligence of
Publisher, in no event shall Publisher's liability exceed the amount paid or payable by Advertiser for the ad in which the item or items were omitted, or in which errors occurred. If an error should occur in display advertising or a paid listing, only the following adjustment by Publisher will be considered:
a. Wrong main phone number 100%
b. Wrong alternate phone number 10%
c. Wrong address 15%
d. Incorrect spelling of business name 25%
e. Incorrect spelling of any other word none
f. Omission of ad 100%
Advertiser shall notify Publisher within two weeks after publication of any claim for credit. After that time, any credit will be forfeited.
4. Publisher reserves the right to reword any classified ad due to space limitations.
5. The person signing this contract warrants that he/she has authority for and on behalf of Advertiser to do so - in addition, the signer, on behalf of Advertiser, represents and warrants that he/she is a Duly Authorized Agent for the Product or Service to be advertised and that the use of any Trade Mark, Logo and/or Trade-Name appearing in the advertising hereby contracted for has been authorized by the Owner or Owners thereof. Advertiser agrees that he/she will hold Publisher harmless from any and all claims and demands asserted against Publisher by reason of the falsity of any portion of said advertising or the unauthorized use of any Trade Mark, Logo, Copyright and/or Trade Name therein.
6. Reasonable care is taken to see that Newsletter delivery is accurate. However,
Publisher does not guarantee 100% delivery accuracy.

Three (3) issues - 5% discount
Six (6) issues - 10% discount
Twelve (12) issues - 15% discount, plus FREE hyperlink to your web site from
our online newsletter when you include your web site address in body of your
ad.
