Due to the heavy workload of the Home Watch Patrol, these rules must be followed:

1. You must be certain your form is filled out in detail.

2. IMPORTANT: Upon your return, please stop and inform the Gate Officer your home was being watched and you are now home. You may also call us, if you do not inform us immediately, you may be confronted late at night in your home by an armed officer. This is for your safety.

3. Note: The return date and time will be the expiration date of this service. No services or charges will continue unless the night watch is renewed.

THESE PROCEDURES WILL ALLOW US TO SERVE OUR RESIDENTS EFFICIENTLY.

April Sound Security will check the house once during every 24-hour period to check for unlocked doors, windows, running water, package deliveries, and suspicious activity. If a package is found at the home, the gate will contact a key holder to arrange pick up at the home, due to shortage of space at the guard house.

This is to verify that the information given on this form is true and correct to the best of my knowledge. I authorize the APRIL SOUND SECURITY DEPARTMENT to act as my agent and take any action necessary on my behalf while watching my home. I understand that April Sound Security has no responsibility for anything beyond their control.

Night Watches are charged to the property account at $5.00 per walk.

In lieu of once daily, you may choose any number of options, i.e., once daily, or Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, etc. Or perhaps you would like Security to check on your home twice daily while away. The options can be tailored to your needs if you fill in your requests. If you have no special requests, please enter N/A.
